Refund policy

1. Our fees are displayed on our website and by booking and paying the fee, the participant agrees to the fee. 
2. Fees are due prior to participation in a class whether in studio or online. 
3. Once the fee is paid it is generally non-refundable, however if you wish to seek a refund please contact us. 

Terms and conditions of participation

1. By booking and participating in class, whether in studio or online, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
2. Samba Sar ABN 92 663 387 835 is the owner of the dance classes whether they are in studio or online.
3. Participants agree to register their attendance for classes by booking via our website and providing true and correct information in the booking request.
4. The participant acknowledges that classes have physical activity and that participation is voluntary and it is up to the participant to either seek professional medical assistance, or to self assess, their level of fitness, health, and ability to participate in class. The participant acknowledges there is a level of risk involved in participating in class in relation to injury or death. 
5. Participants agree that by entering the physical premise for studio class, or attending online classes, that Samba Sar is not responsible for personal injury or death. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and fitness to attend class whether in studio or online.
6. Participants agree that Samba Sar has the right to use images including photos and video images taken during classes for marketing and communication purposes.
